Our Specials Board Menu is prepared by our Head Chef and are restaurant quality with only the best local produce used and beautiful presentation. Designed to enable you to enjoy a full 3 course meal, therefore they are usually smaller than the meals offered on our Seasonal Menu

Pan Fried Duck Breast, Dauphinoise Potatoes, turned buttered carrots, beetroot puree & jus.
Crispy Belly Pork, black pudding bon bon, creamy mash potato, pork jus.
Pan Fried Seabass with asparagus, truffle mayo, crushed new potatoes & sundried tomatoes.
